New research presented this week at ACR Convergence, the American College of Rheumatology's annual meeting, shows that biologics were the most common initial treatment prescribed to treat systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) patients in one major registry, and more than half of young patients taking a biologic had excellent short-term outcomes from their treatment.
